The Tocky GPM deals with time. The end word used here is “Sun swing” which suggests TIME. Time suggests the tick-tock of a clock, which gives this GPM its name “Tocky GPM.” Time refers to a regular, cyclic occurrence.

The key characteristic of this universe is that it is enduring. The endurance manifests as cycles. The cycle of attention is to reach and withdraw.

Running the Tocky GPM
The 24 items of this GPM present 12 pairs of opposite postulates. One contemplates on these pairs as in the Electrical GPM. Looking at the pair of opposites exteriorizes one from any identification with the postulates.
The “sun swing” is a symbol for endurance as a regularly repeating cycle. The universe may be described as one large cycle, that contains smaller cycles within it. Those smaller cycles contain within them still smaller cycles and so on. Here we are looking at the attention becoming increasingly condensed as it identifies more and more with the substance of the universe.
On this GPM one is addressing the mechanism of fixation.

Definitions
TOCKY
The word “tocky”comes from “tick tock” of a clock. It refers to a regular, cyclic occurrence.
SUN SWING
The sun swings across front left to right as you face South. This is visualized as the “end word” on the items of this GPM. It suggests the cyclic but arbitrary nature of TIME.
UNIVERSE
The key characteristic of this universe, and of everything in it, is CYCLIC. Nothing in this universe is permanent or eternal.

Comments
We know that Earth is rotating and that is what makes the Sun appear to be swinging from left to right as you face South. It basically represents a cyclic phenomenon, which is constant and we can measure Time by it. Therefore, on Tocky GPM we are considering TIME. The Sun swing makes the concept of Time graspable.
These items represented as GOALS. The Earth is rotating at a constant speed due to its tremendous inertia. That gives us a stable sense of time. It will be total confusion when that stable sense of time is not there. Living on this Earth, this stability has become a part of us. We enjoy this stability without thinking about it. It is good to consciously become aware of it.
We share this sense of stability with others.We want this stability to be there for all of us. We stress upon it in our society by devising clocks and calendars. We exploit this stability in numerous different ways. Occasionally, we get crunched for time, or unable to manage it. We deplore such occasions.Sometimes, we succumb to unawareness and thus skip time altogether. We can skip whole life that way.
We measure our continuity this way and forget that we are not subject to time. It is time that is tying us to this universe. When there is no consideration of time, there is just eternity.
It is aliveness that also brings about the consideration of time, but this consideration of time does not have to be tied to the constant rotation of Earth.
