KHTK Factor # 4: Anything that can be sensed is made of substance.
We interact mostly with matter, so we think of matter as the only substance; but there is non-material substance too. We can sense light; therefore sunlight is made of substance. We can sense thought, so thought is also made of substance. In general, all things that can be sensed are made up of substance.
Anything made of substance have extents and duration. Extents and duration are dimensions of substance. Neither an extent nor duration can exist by itself.
We can sense space. Space has extents and duration. So, we may say that even space is made up of substance. The substance of space is very unlike matter.
Actually, from space to matter, we have a Spectrum of Substance.

Of course, a dimension point must have substance in order to be sensed.

Logic
A substance is anything substantial enough to be sensed. We cannot have logic without something to sense. Logic is the interaction among what we sense.
A substance has both physical and spiritual aspects. The spiritual aspects are represented by the properties of how it interacts. Throughout the spectrum of substance, such properties evolve.
The physical aspects of substance are, of course, represented by its extents (space) and duration (time).
