To get the concept underlying a key word just right is essential. Once you have the right meaning of the word you should be able to visualize it effortlessly in the given context. Letting the visualization come up without much effort is very important. If that is not happening, then, verify the meaning again.
Once you have proper meaning you should be able to visualize the concept easily. The following exercise will help you conceive the effortlessness with which a concept may be visualized, once you understand it.
.
The List
[Note: This list is borrowed from the book SELF ANALYSIS by L. Ron Hubbard, but employed here for a different purpose.]
Read an item from this list and see if a visualization of an actual experience comes up in your mind. Notice the effortlessness with which it comes up. If no experience comes up, simply imagine what that experience could be like and move to the next item.
Do this exercise until you feel good about your ability to visualize. Stay relaxed and keep the effort to a minimum.
