    C. Sagan had a particular talent for making one feel like a speck on a piece of dust on a grain of sand on a rock on a hill in the grand scheme of things.
    How about this:
    In China, if you are a one in a million, there a thousand more, just like you.
    I have found for myself that life is senior to MEST. You can wonder what is life, consciousness, how does it work, how does it operate, but that is just adding complexity to simplicity. I am me, and I am life. I am working to shed the complexities.

    Of course, the stable datum seems to be the awareness that one is intimately associated with.

    What is the difference between awareness and that which one is being aware of?
