- Postulate Mechanics starts with sensations.
- Sensations are essentially awareness of substance.
- Absence of sensations means unawareness.
- Unawareness is the characteristic of the unknowable.
- The primary dichotomy is Unknowable-Knowable.
- Sensations acquire meaning only through Postulates.
- Postulates symbolize the Unknowable as God.
- Postulates symbolize the knowable as the Universe.
- “God” is then assigned attributes on the basis of faith.
- But, that only distorts its sense of Unknowable.
- “Universe” is assigned attributes on the basis of sensations.
- Those attributes are real to the degree they have oneness.
- Oneness is described by continuity, consistency and harmony.
- The Universe is basically the oneness of knowledge.
- Knowledge has come about through Religion, Philosophy and Science.
- The physical aspects of the universe are matter and energy.
- The spiritual aspects of the universe are thought and awareness.
- But matter, energy and thought are the Substance.
- The awareness that senses substance, is the Self.
- Self-Substance is a more accurate rendition of Spiritual-Physical.
- The Self acquires beingness by identifying with Substance.
- The beingness of Self becomes the ever-changing Universe.
- The beingness narrows as identifications become fixed.
- With fixations come about the problem of beingness.
- The human fixations lead to the Individual.
- Each individual has its own center of awareness.
- Just like each atom has its own center of mass.
- Thus, the awareness becomes discrete.
- This makes interaction and complexity possible.
- And, with missing oneness, aberrations also become possible .
Questions to meditate on
- “Did you ever believe you knew something when actually you didn’t?”
.

- Life is aware that there is something to know because it senses it.
- Anything substantial enough to be sensed may be called Substance.
- Matter is a substance that we sense through touch.
- Radiation is also a substance that we sense through many physical senses.
- Thought is also a substance because we sense it through mind.
- Modern physics has shown that Matter expands into radiation as in an atomic explosion.
- Modern spiritual studies have shown that radiation expands into thoughts.
- We can say, that from matter to radiation to thought we have a spectrum of substance.
- Substance has consistency that expands from matter to radiation to thought.
- The law of conservation applies to the whole of substance.
- The properties of Matter are treated through Classical Mechanics.
- The properties of Radiation are treated through Quantum Mechanics.
- The properties of Thought are treated through Postulate Mechanics.
- At present, energy is barely recognized as a substance by science .
- Treating thought as a substance is a very new idea.

The Individual
An individual is that beingness matrix that is coordinated and assimilated enough to become conscious. The individual is the most sophisticated beingness. It represents the current human beingness.
The individual can be part of a larger beingness matrix, whose goal is to fully assimilate itself towards fulfilling the postulate of Self. Being conscious an individual can now recognize, analyze and rapidly overcome the barriers to evolution.
.
Misconception
An individual misconceives his limited individuality to be the total Self.
.
More Misconceptions
You may discover more misconceptions on your own, if you contemplate on each sentence of the above definition with mindfulness. Please see:
The 12 Aspects of Mindfulness
Then, you may end up improving upon this definition too.
Good luck!

Enemy R/D
- Get the enemy-item
- L&N: “Who do you consider an enemy?”
- Unburden the enemy-item.
- Run the O/Ws (Set 3)
- “What has a (enemy-item) done?”
- “What has a (enemy-item) withheld?”
- Get the evil purpose.
- L&N: “What is the basic purpose or intention of (enemy-item)?”
- Blow the evil purpose.
- Date/Locate the evil purpose.
Run the above steps for other flows:
(Flow 2) L&N: “Who considers you an enemy?”
(Flow 3) L&N: “Who others consider as an enemy?”
(Flow 0) L&N: “Who told you that you are your own enemy?”
.
Greatest Overt R/D
- Get the greatest overt.
- L&N: “What was the greatest overt you committed on the Whole Track?”
- Blow the greatest overt.
- Date/Locate the greatest overt.
Run the above steps for other flows:
(Flow 2) L&N: “What was the greatest overt another committed on the Whole Track?”
(Flow 3) L&N: “What was the greatest overt others committed on the Whole Track?”
(Flow 0) L&N: “What was the greatest overt you ever committed on yourself?”
.
Multiple Evil Purpose R/D
- Get the evil purpose.
- L&N: “What evil purpose have you had towards another?”
- Blow the evil purpose.
- Date/Locate the evil purpose.
Run the above steps for other flows:
(Flow 2) L&N: “What evil purpose has another had towards you?”
(Flow 3) L&N: “What evil purpose has another had towards others?”
(Flow 0) L&N: “What evil purpose have you had towards yourself?”
.
Lie R/D
- Get the greatest lie.
- L&N: “What was the greatest lie you told on the Whole Track?”
- Blow the greatest lie.
- Date/Locate the greatest lie.
Run the above steps for other flows:
(Flow 2) L&N: “What was the greatest lie another told on the Whole Track?”
(Flow 3) L&N: “What was the greatest lie others told on the Whole Track?”
(Flow 0) L&N: “What was the greatest lie you ever told yourself?”

The L10 Connections R/D addresses charged connections to terminals and dynamics. On this R/D You shall be using the Expanded Dynamics List provided under the Prior Assessment rundown. Make sure you have completed the Basic L10 approach before you attempt this rundown.
- Take up the list of dynamics in descending order from dynamic 8 to 1.
- Consider each dynamic with the following question in mind.
- “How does (dynamic) influence you?”
- Sense the charge each dynamic triggers in you.
- Select the most charged dynamic.
- Take up the Expanded Dynamics List for this dynamic (See Prior Assessment)
- Consider each item on that list with the following question in mind.
- “How are you connected to (item)?”
- Sense the charge that the connection to each item triggers in you.
- Select the most charged item
- Look closely at this charged item per The 12 Aspects of Mindfulness.
- Examine the reactions, attitudes, feelings, prompters, and considerations that are triggered.
- Look at the reactions, attitudes feelings, etc., triggered from earlier connections to this item.
- Continue examining the item until there is a major realization or win.
- If there is still some attention on the dynamics,
- Find the next charged dynamic per Step 1.
- Find the most charged item on that dynamic per step 2.
- Look closely at that charged item per step 3.
- Repeat step 4 until there is a major realization or win.
