Postulate Mechanics: Introductory Postulate

Reference: Postulate Mechanics

  1. Life is aware that there is something to know because it senses it.
  2. Anything substantial enough to be sensed may be called Substance.
  3. Matter is a substance that we sense through touch.
  4. Radiation is also a substance that we sense through many physical senses.
  5. Thought is also a substance because we sense it through mind.
    • .
    • .
  6. Modern physics has shown that Matter expands into radiation as in an atomic explosion.
  7. Modern spiritual studies have shown that radiation expands into thoughts.
  8. We can say, that from matter to radiation to thought we have a spectrum of substance.
  9. Substance has consistency that expands from matter to radiation to thought.
  10. The law of conservation applies to the whole of substance.

  11. The properties of Matter are treated through Classical Mechanics.
  12. The properties of Radiation are treated through Quantum Mechanics.
  13. The properties of Thought are treated through Postulate Mechanics.
  14. At present, energy is barely recognized as a substance by science .
  15. Treating thought as a substance is a very new idea.

The Individual (old)

Please see Postulate Mechanics.

.

The Individual

An individual is that beingness matrix that is coordinated and assimilated enough to become conscious. The individual is the most sophisticated beingness. It represents the current human beingness.

The individual can be part of a larger beingness matrix, whose goal is to fully assimilate itself towards fulfilling the postulate of Self. Being conscious an individual can now recognize, analyze and rapidly overcome the barriers to evolution.

.

Misconception

An individual misconceives his limited individuality to be the total Self.

.

More Misconceptions

You may discover more misconceptions on your own, if you contemplate on each sentence of the above definition with mindfulness. Please see:

The 12 Aspects of Mindfulness

Then, you may end up improving upon this definition too.

Good luck!

Other L10 R/Ds

Enemy R/D

  1. Get the enemy-item
    1. L&N: “Who do you consider an enemy?”
  2. Unburden the enemy-item.
    1. Run the O/Ws (Set 3)
      • “What has a (enemy-item) done?”
      • “What has a (enemy-item) withheld?”
  3. Get the evil purpose.
    1. L&N: “What is the basic purpose or intention of (enemy-item)?”
  4. Blow the evil purpose.
    1. Date/Locate the evil purpose.

Run the above steps for other flows:
(Flow 2) L&N: “Who considers you an enemy?”
(Flow 3) L&N: “Who others consider as an enemy?”
(Flow 0) L&N: “Who told you that you are your own enemy?”

.

Greatest Overt R/D

  1. Get the greatest overt.
    1. L&N: “What was the greatest overt you committed on the Whole Track?”
  2. Blow the greatest overt.
    1. Date/Locate the greatest overt.

Run the above steps for other flows:
(Flow 2) L&N: “What was the greatest overt another committed on the Whole Track?”
(Flow 3) L&N: “What was the greatest overt others committed on the Whole Track?”
(Flow 0) L&N: “What was the greatest overt you ever committed on yourself?”

.

Multiple Evil Purpose R/D

  1. Get the evil purpose.
    1. L&N: “What evil purpose have you had towards another?”
  2. Blow the evil purpose.
    1. Date/Locate the evil purpose.

Run the above steps for other flows:
(Flow 2) L&N: “What evil purpose has another had towards you?”
(Flow 3) L&N: “What evil purpose has another had towards others?”
(Flow 0) L&N: “What evil purpose have you had towards yourself?”

.

Lie R/D

  1. Get the greatest lie.
    1. L&N: “What was the greatest lie you told on the Whole Track?”
  2. Blow the greatest lie.
    1. Date/Locate the greatest lie.

Run the above steps for other flows:
(Flow 2) L&N: “What was the greatest lie another told on the Whole Track?”
(Flow 3) L&N: “What was the greatest lie others told on the Whole Track?”
(Flow 0) L&N: “What was the greatest lie you ever told yourself?”

L10 Connections R/D

Reference: The L Processes

The L10 Connections R/D addresses charged connections to terminals and dynamics. On this R/D You shall be using the Expanded Dynamics List provided under the  Prior Assessment rundown. Make sure you have completed the Basic L10 approach before you attempt this rundown.

  1. Take up the list of dynamics in descending order from dynamic 8 to 1.
    1. Consider each dynamic with the following question in mind.
      1. “How does (dynamic) influence you?”
    2. Sense the charge each dynamic triggers in you.
    3. Select the most charged dynamic.
  2. Take up the Expanded Dynamics List for this dynamic (See Prior Assessment)
    1. Consider each item on that list with the following question in mind.
      1. “How are you connected to (item)?”
    2. Sense the charge that the connection to each item triggers in you.
    3. Select the most charged item
  3. Look closely at this charged item per The 12 Aspects of Mindfulness.
    1. Examine the reactions, attitudes, feelings, prompters, and considerations that are triggered.
    2. Look at the reactions, attitudes feelings, etc., triggered from earlier connections to this item.
    3. Continue examining the item until there is a major realization or win.
  4. If there is still some attention on the dynamics,
    1. Find the next charged dynamic per Step 1.
    2. Find the most charged item on that dynamic per step 2.
    3. Look closely at that charged item per step 3.
  5. Repeat step 4 until there is a major realization or win.

The O/W Procedure

Reference: The Book of Subject Clearing

O/W stands for “Overts and Withholds.” These two words are defined in Scientology as follows:

OVERT—An overt act is not just injuring someone or something; an overt act is an act of omission or commission which does the least good for the least number of dynamics or the most harm to the greatest number of dynamics.

WITHHOLD—A withhold is always the manifestation which comes after an overt. It is restraining self from communicating.

The O/W procedure is a type of processing which handles a person’s overts and withholds on a certain item (person, thing or subject).

Set 1: The general O/W process has the following two commands run alternatively:

  1. “What have you done?”
  2. “What have you withheld?”

Set 2: A specific O/W process concerning some item has the following commands:

  1. “What have you done to (item)?”
  2. “What have you withheld from (item)?”

Set 3: The general O/W process for an item may be run as follows.

  1. “What has (an item) done?”
  2. “What has a (an item) withheld?”

Set 4: A specific O/W process for item 1 concerning item 2 may be run as follows.

  1. What has (item 1) done to (item 2)?
  2. What has (item 1) withheld from (item 2)?

The process is run until no more answers are coming up and the person feels relieved and comfortable.
