Summary
Rising-scale processing may be done by yourself per the following steps.
(1) Get familiar with the Chart of Attitudes. Start with Column 1 (“Survives-Dead”). Study the various attitudes listed in this column.
(2) Recognize the attitude you have most of the time without thinking. Contemplate on this attitude. Become aware of your actual attitude in various situations. Do this until you are sure this has been your attitude.
(3) Look at the next attitude above it and. See how much your present attitude differs from it. Spot the experiences and reasoning that are preventing you from having this attitude. Do this until you feel you have this attitude now.
(4) Repeat step 3 with the next higher attitude. Do so until you find the highest attitude that you can have comfortably.
(5) Remember that upper line describes the attitude that is a natural part of your beingness. Keep spotting the experiences and reasoning that may have moved you away from it.
(6) Now repeat the above steps for Columns 2 to 12. Do this in 20 minute sessions. Let it take as many sessions as it may.
