Reference: The Scientology Axioms
This paper presents Scientology Axioms 41 – 50 and the corresponding versions per POSTULATE MECHANICS (PM).
SCN AXIOM 41: That into which alter–is-ness is introduced becomes a problem.
PM AXIOM 41: That into which alter-is-ness is introduced becomes a problem.
SCN AXIOM 42: MEST (matter, energy, space and time) persists because it is a problem.
It is a problem because it contains Alter-is-ness.
Scientology postulates that MEST (physical) universe is produced by the Theta universe. Postulate Mechanics postulates that Theta (thought) and MEST (matter and energy) are substances because they can be sensed; and pure awareness, which senses them, is an altogether different dimension, which has been omitted from understanding.
PM AXIOM 42: The division of the universe into Theta (spiritual) and MEST (physical), as cause and effect is arbitrary.
It poses a problem because it contains Alter-is-ness.
SCN AXIOM 43: Time is the primary source of untruth.
Time states the untruth of consecutive considerations.
PM AXIOM 43: The idea that THETA (spiritual) created MEST (physical) is the primary source of untruth.
Neither pure awareness nor substance has either a beginning or an end.
SCN AXIOM 44: Theta, the static, has no location in matter, energy, space or time, but is capable of consideration.
PM AXIOM 44: Pure awareness postulates and generates considerations about the substance.
SCN AXIOM 45: Theta can consider itself to be placed, at which moment it becomes placed, and to that degree a problem.
PM AXIOM 45: Awareness identifies with postulates and considerations, and thus generates identities, and to that degree it becomes a problem.
SCN AXIOM 46: Theta can become a problem by its considerations, but then becomes MEST.
A problem is to some degree MEST. MEST is a problem.
PM AXIOM 46: Identification with thought condenses into energy and matter, thus increasing fixation.
A problem is to some degree fixation. Fixation is a problem.
SCN AXIOM 47: Theta can resolve problems.
PM AXIOM 47: Resolution of problems means reversing the process of identification.
SCN AXIOM 48: Life is a game wherein theta as the static solves the problems of theta as mest.
PM AXIOM 48: Life is a game wherein awareness is assimilating sensations, perceptions, experience, concept and knowledge.
SCN AXIOM 49: To solve any problem it is only necessary to become theta, the solver, rather than theta, the problem.
PM AXIOM 49: To solve any problem it is only necessary to realize identifications as bodies and minds.
SCN AXIOM 50: Theta as MEST must contain considerations which are lies.
PM AXIOM 50: An identification must contain considerations which are lies.
